Sync Error

Some users are getting following error while performing sync on Windows 8 devices.

"Failed to Sync: object reference not set to an instance of an object"

Please follow these steps to resolve sync error.
  1. Open app.
  2. Open windows charm and tap on settings.
  3. Tap on sync
  4. Turn OFF sync
  5. Wait 30 secs.
  6. Turn ON sync.
  7. Login with same account.
  8. Wait 30 secs.
  9. Now try to sync. It should work.
